We welcome contributions from researchers with occurrence data for vectors or reservoirs involved in the transmission of infectious diseases. To contribute data to the database please download the template below. For each record that you wish to contribute please provide information for as many of the fields included in the template as possible. The data can then be uploaded using the field below. If the data have been properly formatted you will receive a username and password along with an accession number for each of the contributed records. We will then manually check the data for errors and send you a confirmation email before including the data in the database.

If you wish to contribute data on a species not currently included in the database, or if you wish to introduce a new disease, please contact us directly.
